Claimistic assists air passengers in claiming compensation for delayed, canceled, or overbooked flights under EU Regulation 261/2004 and other applicable aviation laws.
We act as an intermediary between passengers and airlines to secure compensation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To submit a claim through Claimistic, you confirm that:

  • You are the affected passenger or legally authorized to file on their behalf.

  • All submitted information is accurate and genuine.

  • You understand that eligibility depends on airline and regulatory assessment.

3. No-Win, No-Fee Policy

Claimistic operates on a “No Win, No Fee” model.
You are not required to pay anything upfront.
A success fee will only be charged if compensation is recovered.
The exact fee percentage will be displayed before claim submission.

4. Authorization to Represent You

By submitting a claim, you authorize Claimistic to:

  • Represent you during compensation negotiations.

  • Communicate directly with airlines and regulatory bodies.

  • Access relevant flight details and documentation necessary to process your claim.

Where required, you may be asked to sign a digital Power of Attorney (POA) to allow legal processing.

5. Compensation Payment Process

Once compensation is approved:

  • Funds are transferred to Claimistic,

  • We deduct our agreed success fee,

  • Remaining funds are transferred to your designated bank or payment account.

Claimistic is not responsible for delays caused by banks or incorrect payment details provided by the user.

6. Case Processing Time

Processing time varies depending on airline response and legal complexity.
Claimistic cannot guarantee specific timeframes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Claimistic is not responsible for:

  • Airline decisions or claim rejection,

  • Delays beyond our control,

  • Incorrect or incomplete data submitted by users,

  • Losses beyond the value of the compensation amount claimed.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your claim before submission to the airline without any charge.
Once submitted, cancellation may include an administrative service fee depending on the processing stage.

9. Data Protection

All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR requirements.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
